Brian, the technician that performed the windshield replacement, was as personable and professional as they come. Great explanations, educated me quite a bit on the installation as well as care of repair until driving or washing the car. Extremely personable and pleasant. Highly recommend him without reservation. Great job!

Rear view mirror on my 2009 Lexus fell off and chipped the windshield glass. My mechanic told me to go to Lexus in Greenville because only they could do the repair properly. Well, I called them, and it turns out they don't do that kind of work. Who would they recommend then? Safelite! So, I made an appointment at the Asheville office. What a wonderful (and busy) shop it is. The receptionist Cindy was warm, welcoming and genuinely nice and helpful. She even recommended the terrific nearby Mexican restaurant where I had lunch. And Patrick, the tech? Friendly, honest, professional, and knowledgeable. He took a look at things and knew exactly what needed to be done. The vehicle was ready in no time. And all went well! Highly recommend.

Fast, easy, professional. Very reasonably priced alternative to submitting an actual insurance claim and having my rates go up by 159%. It was easy to book, very little to do in terms of prep. The technician Josh was communicative, prompt, friendly, fun, precise, informative, and very professional. Was one of the easiest things I've had to do in a while.

Safelite out of Hendersonville NC did a great job. Ricky specifically was fantastic. Such great knowledge and experience. He offered to come early. Did a fast quality job. Communicated perfectly and replaced our Bronco windshield magnificently. A+++ for Ricky!!!

Our business has a small fleet of vans, and we need glass replaced from time to time. This time we needed a windshield & 1 back window. In our business vans are essential, and my experience with Safelite Auto Glass was both timely & smooth. Booked online & received a confirmation text immediately. An appointment reminder was also sent, along with a short video of what to expect. Our tech Josh arrived when he said that he would, and I mentioned to him that I would be in a few meetings while he worked. Josh immediately took initiative, swapped out both pieces of glass, and left our van cleaner than he found it. Providing good service is easy when you have a good system & leadership. Andrew Wells and his team have earned my referral, and I would recommend their service to my network. Keep up the good work guys!
